The worst place to shop for computer parts

Bought a case from scan a couple of weeks ago. Brought it home and the sides were bent in because I didn't have time to take back straight away I left it for a couple of weeks and took it back for a refund and they said I had to report it as being damaged in the first 48 hours and the return policy is only 7 days. Now I thought it was law that we all had 28 days to return any goods bought. Argued with the chav that was behind the counter for a while and thought this is useless so I left the case with the speakers, keyboard and mouse there. Scan have the worst customer service I have ever seen in a retail shop. They make you queue up for half an hour everytime and the people behind the counter are useless plebs that treat customers with no respect whatsoever. Don't be a chump and queue up for bad quality service and damaged goods. DON'T SHOP AT SCAN!!!!
